Maida, also known as all purpose flour, is an extensively used product in Indian households. The Panchakanya Maida is refined, bleached and finely milled without any bran to give it a super white and smooth texture. It is a self-rising flour and is well suited for making baked goods such as pastries, bread, several varieties of sweets and traditional flatbreads.
